This level brings back memories of the original Quake, since this is the one level in which you face Zombies or Strogg experiments gone wrong. And like Quake 1, the only way to get rid of them quick is either shoot their heads off or blow them up with rockets/grenades.

@DNchap1417 Ha thats what I was thinking too. Reminds me of the 3rd level. I used to be so scared to play the third level when I was little. I had Quake when it came out. I was like about 8 at the time. I never passed the 3rd level because it scared the shit out of me lol.

Someone has to wonder how in the world that marine form eagle squad can be in a place like that!! There is so much waste and corpses that the stench alone is enough to make you puke. Since Kane is strogg maybe he cannot feel anything but that marine, he should use at least the helmet i have seen other marines using it in order to stand on a environment like that, is a small but very important detail of reality.

@ATP2555ify It's possible because Kane still has his Marine medchip, which lets every marine with a HUD know who he is. That and his face is still visible and fundamentally unaltered.

They mean Botched as in when they tryed to turn them into strog it didnt work properly and they turned into zomby type things

OMG, the places you go in this part of the campaign D=. Just imagine what it would be like if you where there, the freaking smell would kill you, the fucking ground is paved with flesh, bones, blood and acid. D= thank god stroggs don't use their noses, or maybe they do, maybe they like it! hahaha 5/5 well done!

Yeah, the waste processing facility is the creepiest part in my opinion, i remember that i saw a marine corpse with combat armor in the floor near of a pipe that was downloading a mass of flesh, bones and blood. What a horrible place to die.
