I heard a nasty roomer that they are going to shut down the Indy ride for renovation, and that they are going to replace all the animatronics for holograms including the bolder and that they are adding additional effects like lasers and some more Indy!!! I hope this is just a roomer, I like just the way it is;)

As for the doors, there's actually five. The middle one is the real one, and the other four are facades. The walls shift and angle differently to expose/hide different doors to give the illusion of going through different ones. If my description confused you, there's a .gif image on the ride's Wikipedia page illustrating it.
