i dont get why people put down kyokushin cause they dont go for the head, its so simple to just adjust your punches to head level anyway....Andy hug did kyokushin and he was a K1 fighting legend...so go figure..

I really like this combo. I learned a variation of it. Left round kick, right cross, left hook, right round kick.  I don't like this combo with your body punches for kickboxing.

like i said this is for kyokushin where punching to the face is not allowed i did show at the end of the video that if used in kickboxing go for the face instead

klopt niet, bij die binnenkant low-kick en daarna je linkerhand, dan heb je geen kracht in je linker hand, zou het net andersom hebben gedaan;

linker been/ rechterhand, dan kun je namelijk beter je heupen indraaien waardoor je meer power en snelheid in je stoten krijgt:-). En je komt direct daarna beter uit..

maar dan verlies je snelheid het is een punt combinatie

of om je tegenstander te vermoeien en hem te demoralizeren

hoe jij het beschrijft kan ook is zeker sterker maar trager

Sanku Ryu Karate,i have seen it one time in a demo

during my dutch junior karate championship

but that was a long time ago and i do not remember it well think i have seen it again sometime ago on a martial arts day

i think is a rare style and its hard to find info on it

Yes T, it's the style of Karate I do. It means mind, body school. I was trying to find more info. I believe it one of the off shoots to Shukakai? Small branch.
