Sweet! She is beautiful and she looks like she already feels so much safer then in the first video. (Also much healthier.) Am sure that if you keep talking sweet to her and hand feed her, let her have her space, she will trust you..how great to have found her or she found you & nice way to start the Year of The Rabbit:) What good luck. Your other 'kids' are very cool too!
@hailey4677 the thing by her neck is called a dewlap. some rabbits have it, some dont. it's just a flap of skin. she has it on her butt too :) rabbits are easy to pick up, but they don't really like it. well, most don't really like it. some tolerate it better than others but generally they prefer to be on the ground. what do you mean by "how do they live?"
@MySunshineMusic yeah she still won't come out. i had another rabbit and it took him like almost a year before he felt like coming out of his cage. but once he did, he never wanted to be in it. lol so maybe she'll be slow to warm up to feeling safe outside her cage.
yes soph7133 is right. It will take some time when they are so timid. Just give as much attention as you can and they will trust you. Try not to force them or lose patience. Lulu is such a beautiful Rabbit :) Enjoy your time with her.
