It is the original area 51. Area 51 was a distraction. Now this site is getting more attention they will use one of their other facilities(if they already haven't) to be the new 51. They have underground tunnels that go from area 51 to dugway proveing grounds and all there other sites. Hideing it at a military base, especially where they test nuclear and other hazardous material testting, is one of the best places to hide such a venu. Air traffice and footage is restricted and who wants to snoop

i used to live here as a little kid. that gate the car drove up to is still there. all the buildings look the same, the houses are all exactly the same (except for a newer deveopment) there is an elementary school and a high school (no jr high) a bowling ally, one restaurant, a bank, a post office, lots of military apartments, a gas sation, a food store, a couple playgrounds, and a barber shop. there might have been a second hand store. i never saw the research gorunds, but my dad worked there.

the latest thing i heard from my old classmates was the addition of a subway. a huge source of excitement, since it's the first outside company to have a store there.

and no, i dont think it could be the next area 51. it's mostly open ground to test bombs. and all the work they do is chemical warfare (my dad's a chemist.)

there are lots of regulations though. you could get a fine and have a social worker on you back for years if you let a kid play in the yard alone.
