No, actually this race is made on Trackmania Nations a totally free game, but There's also Trackmania United which is Trackmania Nations with extra pieces + Trackmania Sunrise + Trackmania Original in one...

Ofcours trackmania United does cost money...

So go download Trackmania nations it's worth it ;)
