Amen, brother. I love these traditional barbershops. In Japan you can still get the full hot towel-and-shave treatment. I get my hair cut in a '50s rockabilly style, Carl Perkins and doo wop on the stereo. Great video guys.

LOL, Leo looks good with his beard, he's getting cut at the Long Beach store, where he works as well. Don actually cuts at the original shop in Costa Mesa. I remember my first cut a Hawleywoods in Long Beach, Don Hawley was there, thinking i was someone else on the appointment list. But he was a cool kat, down to earth, easy to talk to. Trust me guys, it's a good cut.

Hawleywoods is NOT pretentious. They are just the best around. They make a pomade called Layrite which uses one of the world's BEST formulas. It holds like a wax for as long as you don't get wet, and washes out like a silky gel with only water. It's incredible. These guys KNOW their shit. Let's not forget that BARBERING is a lost art. No one wants to be a barber anymore - the fact that a group of young people are interested in becoming masters of this trade is inspiring and amazing.
