I've seen Skitzo's performances & know they put on a great show. The singer is great guy & know there was never any ill intent. It would probably be best if there were some kind of profound disclaimer warning attendees unfamiliar with the band's stage act, that way a misunderstanding like this one could be avoided. It's truly a shame the plaintiff felt it necessary to litigate rather than work things out with the band person to person.
