The police were called to a possible burglary in progress where the caller said one of the men might be hispanic and did not know about the other one. The police will respond no matter what color skin a burglar has. This is about not following police commands. When an officer asks you to do something, you do it, period. The other officer which is black backed up officer Crowley. There was also a witness who was on one of the morning shows who basically said the Professor Gates was insulating the situtation. Thats mean you have three witnesses compared to one guys story. Yet professfor Gates says its not about him, I believe it his in this case. I mean if the cop did provoke the situation I would be first to say he is wrong.

Cops searched my house when our alarm went off, I tried to say no but they did and explained LATER when it was safe.
