  • Ok, Ive been on crutches for 6 weeks after breaking my foot. Im here in Spain and I just went to the hospital, hoping to get the cast removed, but they said my appointment wasn't actually today and to come back next weeek, which I cant as it costs too much in taxis etc... So I wanna take the cast off myself! Anyone know what exercises I should do to help me?

  • I need an advise, mi achilles tendon is fraying because of dancing and practicing ballet what can I do so it doesent breake? I left my practice but I dance in shows where I dont use my ancle that much as in ballet.

  • find some resistance bands and put it over the top of your shoe and dorsiflex or plantarflex your foot. Then do the same but with the sides of your foot. When you are just at work or whatever try to write the alphabet with your big toe in huge capital letters lol
