we all love heat 6 but it is only usable in the final pursuit!! if u want to learn how to enable it in free roam (pc only) watch my heat 6 and 7 vid! however it is not available in germany because of WMG
But they also say ye seen and I think mine is mounting on the post 16 or 15 and that she is a Talves police could not do it that is not maybe the player could run and they come because aprobechan rog is helping with the parts list so you know good and mine that's my theory

Rog is not the guy you play as in the game idiots! You race him at the 3rd race of the game where he sais " well.. look what the underground let louse. Lets see how good you'll do on a day light" he also drives a black/red GTO and he helps you to move up the blacklist by giving you tips!
Hey, he has a Mustang. If I'm right, isn't he (In the GameCube version) driving the GTO in the beginning when you race people in the MW BMW? If you match the GTO and the Mustang, they have the same scheme. He voice got deeper, they must have gotten someone else since the game was released awhile ago. Rog is one of my favorite. I think they put in as #16 since he is the one you beat before #15 (Sonny) when your driving the BMW. So after that, he helps you... I think it was just for representation

He's No. 16 (but the actual blacklist that involved career progression and all that was only 15). You make it to No.16 once you beat him and those other 2 cars (which if I remember correctly on PS2 they were an Impreza and an RX-8)
