i have the same video card and a Intel Core i7-2670QM 2.20GHz ( boosted to 3.0 ) processor, and a 4.0 GB RAM and i have a mouse delay, is that because of my computer or what?

I've got the K73S Asus with i7-2670 2.2 GHz

8GB RAM and same GT 540M card. There is a delay on my mouse even if I have a few setting down on Medium. I expected more from this laptop (just got it a few days back).

@KajVO it may be your mouse or do this. : go to the nvidia control panel. then go to manage 3D settings and you see ''Maximum pre-rendered frames'' set that to 0 and it should work fine

@bombach007 Mouse... maybe. I have had a few problems with it while playing Star Wars the Old Republic. It's a Cyborg RAT 3, btw.

I tried setting pre-rendered frames to 0. It might be a bit better but I still feel that there is lag on my mouse. Also while in the Menu (tested in Skyrim and Deus Ex). However, this lag doesn't exist while in Windows.

@KajVO yup it should be your mouse. you have a great laptop and its from ASUS thats the best company for laptops even better then sony vaio laptops :D. its not your computer dont worry ;) just get another mouse

@KajVO i have the exact as yours but i have 4.0 gb ram.

@Peligrazo I put my resolution of the game down from 1600x900 to 1360x768 and just set it to Medium graphics. The lag is almost non existent now.

I also can play BF3 even with Fraps recording if I set it to Low (still looks good) and take down the resolution. Still manage to play it with around 30fps. If not recording with Fraps I get around 40-50fps.

@KajVO try to download the latest update ''295.73'' this will boost your skyrim 45% and bf3 ( dont know how much)

urs is way better than mine. mine is all on low and still have lag -_-
