Out there in the pop culture they still have huge, fat and stupid dinosaurs around a volcano, just like in the encyclopedias of fifty or sixty years ago... but now there's ALWAYS a fuckin' spinosaurus. Everywhere. Even in Tom & fuckin' Jerry.
@EffePuntato Actually, the dorsal Spines look more like that of an Acrocanthosaurus, which was roughly the same size as T-Rex, if not slightly bigger.
@DinoWrassler620 You're probably right (I'm not able to recognise any specific real animal in these caricatural versions, but using a bit of imagination...), but... do you really think who made this cartoon was thinking to Acrocanthosaurus when decided to depict an enormous carnivorous dinosaur, bigger and badder than T-rex, with dorsal spines? In a cartoon where the other species are two of the most popular of all times, represented in the most traditional way? Come on...
