it just sounds to me that they threw a beat over the Allergi song for this video, they didn't change the temp or mess with Misere Mei Deus at all, so I don' t think you'll find it anywhere

Alright, so far so good. I remembered the vocals as being from a classical piece of music, and pulled up a list of a 100 classical tune and for some reason I could recognise it as Allegri - Misere Mei Deus, just by looking at the name. 'lo and behold that actually was the tune. No luck finding the remix used though.

@oNWSo Thank YOU , now if we could only figure out who makes those amazing beats... I sincerely doubt it's Tipper or Bassnectar, they haven't come up with anything like this ..I've checked their albums.... I'll keep looking :)
