It is not illegal unless you have the physical copy of the game noob. These are meant to preserve your games. And at that, the major titles are E.S.A. protected, which means you cant download them from major hosted websights, such as coolrom.con.

Go do a little research before you go whining to me about something you know little about. Read some E.U.L.A.'s for Christ sake.

And yes. If you download them without owning them, that is illegal. Know what it's called? PIRATING.

It's still illegal if you own the game. It's just a gimmick that people put up. If you read documentations that come with certain emulators, they are not responsible for anything that should happen from downloading a rom. You are supposed to make your own dump of the game, that's why the ESA blocks rom files on some sites. If you look at the RDB (Rom database) on project64, you're bound to find a rom that says bad rom or something, and on project64 1.7, this is all you get from downloaded roms.

i think this is possible with any swingable weapon.

i believe this because i think there are 2 different hex codes (stationary and and slashing) and while you activate the slashing code it slashes but if you interrupt by talking it saves the codes.

but that's just what i think.
