Why is it "When" not "Day"?

Because of 엔, 날엔 means "When ~" or "in the event of ."

"When I Wanna See You" is the literal translation title, and "The Days I Miss You" is the free translation title.

heh no it doesnt, here "nal" isnt 'me', its 'day'. so it would be "when i miss you" or "when i want to see you" roughly translated. directly translated would be "on the day i want to see you.."
