We are growing a pumpkin from seed which has grown completely out of control. It's up the fence and hopping over into other garden beds. Lots of tendrils. However, I don't think this variety of pumpkin is container friendly. Especially considering the fruit it is producing (about the size of my hand, fingers spread wide open).
Next year, the pumpkin is getting it's own area of the yard to grow however it wants.
I will have to try the small pumpkins next year in a container. When you harvest them are you going to bake the whole pumpkin? I have the big ones growing in my yard and one that is growing on the fence between our yard and the neighboors.
Hey Mike! I've learned so much from you and love watching all your videos. I was just thinking that maybe you could show us what you've got going on in your garden, give us a "now" tour. I've got so many plants in my tiny apartment and I appreciate and share your enthusiasm. Keep it up!
I have some Jack Be Little seeds... I have about 3-4 different varieties, too.... I'm going to wait until next year and have an entire garden plot dedicated to a pumpkin patch. =)

@MZMStudios It's my first time growing them. Pretty dope. Think I'm gonna have lots of blooms soon.

@CanarsieBK That's awesome! Hopefully they'll be mostly female flowers! =D
