I love this woman. I wish her well. I hope she learns to sing other songs besides what's now on her album. I will buy the album. Don't know how long of a career she will have? I hope it brings her few worries, and grand success.
Her fav recreation was to sing karaoke weekly & supposedly in Scotland. for a wide area, ppl know about her singing ability. I think eventually her best recordings will be done a few months from now. Her confidence is rising. And she needs a producer who will not over electronics the sound. I record music and know master engineers who would have made the sound brighter, with more depth and way less compression that muddied the strings & choir, and her. I grade her an A , but mix/master a B-
Susan has also been in other talent competitions over the years. So competing against other acts isn't really new to her. What is new to her is the sudden fame. Sir Paul McCartney can relate to the sudden fame concept. But what's happened to Susan is even more of a shock to her. The term instant over-night success is really happening to Susan in a big way. Her physical reaction to losing BGT, was really telling. She has a big heart, she needs someone to look out for her well being.
Yes, singing for 600 is not like 6,000 with something huge on the line. Actually she has done amazingly well. But, she has faith and is a humble person. No matter what happens she will always just accept it. Already this is far beyond her expectations. Her reaction in USA interview to her sales better than sev groups including U2 stunned her, it was obvious. She trembled, covered her face, "Oh, dear God!!!" she whispered.
For question 10, Susan says, "The TV shows I watch ahhh a mixture really. Some of them are comedies and some are quite serious. There was one TV show I used to watch years ago, and that's where I got Cry Me A River from. It's a show called McCallum. It was a detective show."
Susan hearing your Scottish accent makes me miss my mom! She was born in Kirkintillock, Scotland. Your beautiful Susan!!!! I could listen to you talk for hours on end.
ok EVERYOne vote vote vote for Susan Boyle for Peoples Choice AWARDS!!!
