That's odd...I'm a Partner as well, and I often do gmae walkthroughs, haven't had any issues with them.  But I do have commentary in smoe form all the way through, so that way it counts as "review/critique." YouTube has become so sticky with copyright... I understand the hows and whys of it, but as far as walkthroughs it shouldn't be an issue if its showing players how to DO something in the game or reviewing the game along the way... Fair Use as Review/critique should apply in those cases.
