2. Lindsay sounded perfectly sober but upset.

3. Dawn Holland at no time said Lindsay had been drinking.

4. The altercation happened because Lindsay was on the phone, Dawn Holland wanted to talk to police but it was Holland who put her hands on Lindsay first.

5. Holland said two others had been drinking NOT Lohan.
