I can tell that Red Green has built an aircraft. I build them for a living and RED, you are right on the money brother! I haven't needed a hack saw yet in building four airplanes. Your a very funny guy!
Hey Red! Great advice, but... that's way ... way to far to the beer fridge. There are moments that require creativity... The thought could easily be lost in 1500 yards!
For us older flyers, Ducttape has been known previously as " Hundred Mile an Hour Tape". It is pretty much guranteed to stay on to a hundred miles an hour... If it is judiciously applied according to either the laws of Duct or the laws of Tape... it will stay there!
I'm reminded of an article I wrote for Kitplanes Magazine titled, "How to Build and Airplane with your Spouse and Avoid AIDS: Aviation-Induced Divorce Syndrome."
Oh, and by the way, the Myth Busters did prove that you can actually build a safe and workable sailboat using Duct Tape so you statement that Duct Tape is not a construction tool is not entirely true. I agree that it should not be used for certain construction projects though, say like an airplane.
I'm surprised and very much impressed. As someone who took flight training and knows a little about flying an airplane, I find your advise from your book amazing logical and sound. Now quite what I expected from Red-Green. LOL

How do you build the Little Black Box though? We need SOMETHING to make sure the beer survives the landing!
