This is the reason she's marrying Louise in episode 5x13 even after what happened with Chuck (limo declaration, kiss, etc.) --------> Chuck is about to die, she prays God to save him (as you can see in the promo) and in exchange she promises she'll marry Louise if he lives, Chuck lives, therefore she has to honour the vow she made with God and she has to marry Louise. There, problem solved.
