First video I've seen from you where reporting the driver was actually justified. I notice you chose not to chase this one down and verbally abuse him even though this guy actually deserved it. I take it as he wasn't a female or a middle aged man in a soft top you were concerned he wasn't an easy target and may deck you.
"I made two visits to the drivers address but didn't get any answer myself so then delegated responsibility to an officer from my team. They subsequently did get to speak to the driver and provided appropriate advice, relating to his manner of driving and general attitude (aggression towards you).
I had fully intended that you be appraised of this and I apologise that you did not receive an update."
This is 5 months after the incident and a poor response IMHO.
When you started to read out the plate I thought you were going to say P.E.N.1.S. As well as being stupid, its bloody dangerous as other poster point out, that looks to be a residential area/ kids could be playing on the streets!!!!
Hi there, that's clearly deliberate and dangerous driving. The vehicle is registered and insured. Did you get a look at the driver? Male / Female, hair colour age etc? If so could you please post details and/or report to Avon and Somerset Police - a word with the driver is required at the very least. Be careful out there ;-)
Thanks for the comment. I did not get a good enough look at the driver but am in contact with AaS Police to see if it is worth pursing. A letter to the driver at least as you suggest.

Glad this guy got spoken to by the police anyway.

Sadly a typical response from the police and nearly typical attitude from southmead drivers.

I agree with the others - this is definatelly malicious and deserves the full attention of the police!

That is totally outrageous driving, definately appears to be deliberate. People like that need to be removed from the road before they kill someone.
