are we still having this debate about animals, if it is good or bad to eat them. Well they are tasty, and I won't go a day with out eating them. To be honest no one knows the long term effects of this kind of diet being as we are the first couple of generations to be on such a diet. There are theories about this causing all sorts of cancers. In any case, organic or not eating more vegetables and less meat never hurt anyone.

no shocker there hahah. Avoid the dairy, it really isn't good for you. The milk claims about loads of calcium are true. What they don't tell you, is this still does not compensate enough to make milk alkaline...it's still acidic, meaning in order for the body to digest it, it must take calcium and say sodium or potassium, or any alkaline ions in order to even out milk's pH. The end result is a loss of calcium. But still. Milk's loaded with calcium!
