I've been up there on Lycabettus too at night. I just wanted to eat some ice-cream and stay for hours looking at the view down there.. The breeze was great and i had a great time =D
yes! you are absolutely right! I mean 20 degrees of heat in the beginning of December were perfect conditions for me :D and I regret I could be in Athens only for 3 days. Then I had been living on Cyprus for a 6 months but ... apart from these incredible hot weather I can't compare it with Greece capital city :)
@lemoth It doesnt mean something...we can assume that LIKA comes from the word LYKOS wich means wolf...But all in all there is no explanation for its name...
@Gerechtable I just don't follow you. Yes, I know that Lycabettus is the name of the hill in Athens. There are many names because that hill is also known as Lycabettos, Lykabettos or Lykavittos (source Wikipedia).

@lemoth It doesnt mean something...we can assume that LIKA comes from the word LYKOS wich means wolf...But all in all there is no explanation for its name...
