Quick question, did you use Sony Vegas to make this video? If so, have you tried disabling "smart resample" before rendering your video? I keep noticing this blur surrounding you while you are moving around and I believe that would be the cause of it. To disable smart resample, right-click on the video file, go to "switches", then "disable resample."

And if you're not using vegas, I guess that would make me an idiot. :P
