I'm so sorry that happened. I was reading a little about RedLetterMedia, who actually contacted a lawyer...and right now the full-fledged video review of the sort you guys do is legally a gray area, as it's something totally new and recent. Does the use of movies for parody and review count as fair use? It's not clear right now.
