  • That was very clear and intelligible. Thank you. I have "four high", though (high calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium). My provider thinks the high sodium and potassium is a "false reading", and that I am actually a slow oxidizer. We'll find out in a week or two when I get my first re-test.

  • how can they each either have a high or low calcium / magnesium or pottassium / sodium level. Aren't these minerals at a ratio to oppose one another? People please know wth you are talking about as not to confuse others. If you google this crap, you will see it's usually a high level of one or the other (e.g. high calcium & low magnesium for slow oxidation types).

  • A hair mineral test showed my potassium as too low to measure. I have read that low potassium in hair mineral tests is not the same as low blood potassium?

Any further info on that topic would be great.

I eat lots of tomatoes, bell peppers, potatoes, apricots, and spinach. And my metabolic type is fast 4 I should not logically be registering low potassium?

  • excellant info, but seems the report is not very impressive
