Harlem Clowns follows Harelip on their album Mit Gas, but this is just a noise improvisation. A rather fun thing to do, if you ever get the chance to be in a band that isn't too fucking stuck up to do them, like this band of most epic proportions.
I only say Improv because that's what Duane Denison told me it was, they start improving in between songs, even though they aren't a part of it, to see how much loud noise the audience can also take, it really isn't a part of any song.

that isn't an improve, it's just a live version of harelip, the ends is larger than the original one, that's all
