  • Sweden looks very pristine and open...I happen to have lotsa family living in Sweden, without even knowing it...the nephew of my father lives and work there...wish I could go there, for a vacation first... and aside that...many of my favourite sportsmen like Stefan Petterson, Henrik Larsson & Zlatan Ibrahimovic were born in Swedish...

  • i'm going sweden in around 2 days

  • Sweden looks amazing.

  • Every country should have an "Allemannsrätt".

  • jag bor i sverige/ i live in sweden :D

  • do you have to be swedeish to take advantage of this? and also has any1 heard of or tried brewing with those berries?

  • that looks so good !

  • Close to Gotenburg. So nice,

  • the woodpeckers sound like some semi automatic rifle fire lol

  • 8:20

Man... That old guy seemed like a fairly timid guy, but the look he gave Ray when he said "delicious" was so genuinely joyful! I'd love to experience being in the wild like the two in this video...

The world today is mostly too chaotic for most people to enjoy raw nature like they do :(

  • Sweden looks almost as pretty as Detroit

  • nice fake laugh by Ray at 5:05

  • what tent does ray use on this trip

  • I just love his docs....and Ray Mears is not a strain to look at as well...yummie

  • Lol sweden looks like shit and cold. I wouldn't want to live there.

  • @RockerDuk cold, but one of the last pure unpolluted places

  • sweden ftw

  • Yep ray is the man once again, doesn't matter which clip or show of his you watch your always edjucated and entertained. What a brilliant bloke!

  • nice to video nice fish at once am got hunger :-)

  • I don't even like fish, but that salmon looked GOOD!

  • I LIVE IN SWEDEN IM GOING TO FISH

  • I don't want to be wise guy but "lingon" is called lingonberry and cloudbeery is "hjortron".

  • He said "cowberry" not "cloudberry". Don't worry, you're not a wise guy. :P

  • I have boned char twice now by that method and it really works! Perfect for marinating or bbq.

  • Oh! my gosh! I want to be in those places, so placid and tranquil, it is a paradise...

  • Indians ? I thought they prefer curry only?

  • Yup it is a Shame in England that people don't look after the surroundings very well which puts of farms and forestry board to allow people to Roam through forest and make camp. I recommend going to the Isle of Man for something like that, more Right to Roam, you can go anywhere you want, and make camp for the night.

  • @kickme97 Utterly wrong.

  • it has gotten to a point where you pretty much have to buy your own bit of forest in england to enjoy it. i'm illegally doing camping but thats the only way i can enjoy it. sod going to a campsite with a stove how boring.

just dont wanna get caught and i'm responsible to always tidy up after me wish most of the people round here would be the same.

  • No fucking idea, pommy bastard!

  • just beautiful man~~~

  • yeah it's very great to be swedish :D and I live in a small village in the middle of the land ;)

  • Perfect place; I wish people in England would respect nature so we could spend time doing this without it being thought we are causing harm

  • England's got so many gays rules when it comes to bushcraft, they don't even let you light fires and you have to camp in a camping spot with other people in tents and pay a farmer. its so gay and embarrassing. seriously kills the buzz straight out of bushcraft. now Sweden is where id like to be

  • England's reverence for rules and law abiding contradicts its tolerance for a class system and an imperialistic foreign policy. I guess what's right only matters in chosen situations. Morally, land cannot be owned but should be open to those who use it responsibly. It doesn't matter how many laws say land is private or how many fences are put up everyone still has equal rights to it unless the land is set aside for necessity and used responsibly.

  • I dont know where you got your information about England from mate. I hope not from Hollywood. We dont have working/middle/or upper class stamped on our passports. Its the same here as everywhere else in the world, those with more money and those with less. Our "Imperialist" foreign policy stands side by side with that of the US, and our past policies stand head and shoulders above those of similar competing nations in the 17th/18th and 19th centuries. Britain did FAR more good than it did bad.

  • i wish i could be there

  • Scandinavian forests look like heaven to me. This is a great video!

  • y i know deer meat and lingon is very nice^^

  • yum looks good

  • just great!

  • this is good stuff

  • cool :D

  • Looks very welcoming.

  • i get one of my first survive book from Lars, and i ask him lots of question when i was young,,,

  • i would love to go to Sweden to do that

  • Wow, this was absolutely fantastic.
