From a standard point quantum mechanics is mostly testable and explainable. There's no magic around it. its just that we can't exactly measure the very small particles energy and position. Thats why it leaves a bigger variety of results that they present as they happen as you think they do.
The second you deny the fact that your mind can affect your body, and the bodies around you, you exit from all of that possibility. That is not quantum physics; it is common sense.

I bought this DVD. It is difficult to watch this movie if one is biased, self centered, egoist and not have an open mind... one will/may not get it as it is a new dimension like space-time-geometry etc. as is explained quite well in different sections. One ...must comment after watching the full movie -> thinking about those dimensions for several days before commenting How can we explain the nature through a few consonants and vowels?! Hagelin did some decent work in the seventies, yeah sure, but nowadays he's a hack. The problem is the research he'd doing is not scientific, it cannot be proven and it's based on errors about QM. Zinn summarizes the US's history in a really unconventional way; its history was not exactly "just" and "honorable" if you don't see things through the elite's (aka Founding Fathers, etc.) point of view, but rather the rest of the colonists, slaves, Native Americans, women, etc.

From a standard point quantum mechanics is mostly testable and explainable. There's no magic around it. its just that we can't exactly measure the very small particles energy and position. Thats why it leaves a bigger variety of results that they present as they happen as you think they do.

It is difficult to watch this movie if one is biased, self centered, egoist and not have an open mind... one will/may not get it as it is a new dimension like space-time-geometry etc. as is explained quite well in different sections. It's not so much a matter of "reading way too much into this", just taking it too literally and accepting some of the most misleading parts as true where as they are only partly true.
Much of this seems to be misinformation that was falsely correlated form misinterpreted scientific data (ie quantum physics), then the misunderstanding spreads.

I think you need top update your info. Science today says that we are 90% water. Or to put it in another concept, 100% pure consciousness/energy... we effect everything mate;)

this movie has one really good thing: it gives you many fields of science which you can research for yourself. for example: they talk much about quantum physics, a science which i would have never given attention to, but now a few years after i saw this movie, i can say that i read enough about it to make my own opinion about this stuff. so i think this movie is pretty good, even if its a bit freaky spiritually. :)

If you think this movie is real, scientific, legitimate and interested in your enlightenment you are wrong.
The facts they give are vague (few specific experiments), stretched out, have illogical conclusions. Their 'experts' are vague and claim to be misrepresented by this film.
Quantum mechanics is theory, misused in this film to create a world in which you are god and create your own reality from infinitely existing universes. Yeah right.

Thank you, lol, I'm a theoretical physicist and I hate this movie. They take quantum mechanics way out of context and morph it into some kind of metaphysical thing. Yeah quantum mechanics is weird, very weird actually, bohr was right when he said his famous quote about QM: "Anybody not shocked by quantum theory, has not understood it". But nowhere does it imply we're God or we create our surroundings, etc.

The consciousness of modern science says that we effects al particles at al times, this does not make us gods, it only supports that we create by being in a certain state of mind or vibration if you will. And by being aware of the vibration we´re in, we will be more in control of our surroundings. I have been doing this for over 10 years and I have to say that the unified field theory or the "Qi" as the chinese put it, is the strongest power we have..

Yeah...what are you talking about? Modern science, if you will, says nothing about us creating anything. We "affect" particles by interacting with them, but for an electron or anything to exist it does not need us. Science is not about new age BS, QM has nothing to do with our consciousness.

So, consciousness has nothing to do with QP?? Im not saying that the electron needs us to exist. Im saying that a persons magnetic field effects every particle in it, hence if one controls they´re magnetic field, they can control they´re surroundings. AND the stronger a persons magnetic field is, the more they will effect every particle.

I'm somewhat familiar with morphogenetic fields (a developmental biology concept) and I know quite a bit about unified field theory, I'm a theoretical physicist. None of which has anything to do with our consciousness. A persons magnetic field? Wtf are talking about. We don't have a magnetic field. And even if we did, we couldn't use it through our own conscious effort to change our enviroment. Leave the real science to real scientists.

A morphogenetic field is the totality of al the information within every magnetic field, so if u think something it gets stored in a morphogenetic field. We humans produce this field by thinking, feeling, talking and so forth. And it is this process that affect the QP.

"CogNito ergo sum" is from Rene Descarte and it translates to "I think therefor I am" it has nothing to do with our consciousness driving the universe, it means that the only way one can know one exist is because one is thinking. Descarte doubted everything and he concluded the only thing he could be sure of was the fact that he was doubting. Our consciousness has NOTHING to do with the universe existing.

If you have a golf ball sized consciousness, u´ll have a golf ball sized understanding. Look @ the morphogenetic field info in a bigger content. A human body contains approximately 70-100 trillion cells, as they work individually, so do we. (Btw, if you want to learn about MF. wikipedia isnt the way to go;) You just googled it, like you know anything about it...

If you gather al the truths in this world, from ancient technology/civilizations to astrophysics/astronomy, QP, advanced biology and so forth, u´ll see the big picture. Why did you start studying in the first place, to know the truth or just by pure coincidence? The people I mentioned in the previous message are traceable sources, last one, this one went to Harvard, and has been teaching @ Berkeley, Dr. John Hagelin. (unified field theory)

FYI. Hagelin has received some of the most distinguished prices for his work, same ones as Bohr and Einstein.
Berkley has been following his work for almost a decade.
The laws of physics has changed continuously over the past 300 years and our understanding is now picking up the paste in a remarkable way. Im amazed by ü, these findings have been laying with our ancient ancestors for thousands of years, and science is just around the corner from proving it. I hope that u wake up someday soon.

Politely? Alright this movie has been shown to be factually wrong and so have your previous statements, which leads one to conclude that a. you (and this movie) have no idea what you're talking about (due to either being misinformed or being uneducated) and therefor cannot be trusted on the postulates you've presented or B. Are flat-out lying and therefore even more so should not be trusted.

Hagelin did some decent work in the seventies, yeah sure, but nowadays he's a hack. The problem is the research he'd doing is not scientific, it cannot be proven and it's based on errors about QM. I can assure none of the research in physics has anything to do with the junk you've mention before. That's what it is, nonsense, not one single bit of scientific truth within it. I hope you stop getting all your info from youtube and such, and maybe then you can learn how true science is conducted.

The problem with your point of view is it's factually wrong, you appear to have no idea what your talking about and the things you're describing is exactly how it is in "the secret". Our minds emmitting magnetic fields? Give me a break, wrong. QM has nothing to do with our consciousness. MF has nothing to with our consciousness. I've shown you to be wrong scientifically on several counts. Now if this was a discussion about philosophy it would be slightly more appealing.
