Virtually no visual difference between high and ultra high settings if you use no AA. You may as well run it on high and gain the extra fps.

I have I5 2500k, 2 hd 5850,8gb ram and I run like 20-30fps on ultra settings online :( I only play at medium for like 80-100fps. If I take high I play at 50fps. But I want 60fps. I think I should be able to have 60fps with high settings atleast :( What is my problem?
