Well The chorus, I realized was being played incorrectly. When I went back and listened to the song, I heard F major 7.

Here I played it in A minor which is really close but quite different. You have to tune to drop D and the intro part is A, E, G On the top three strings. The verse is A minor to E minor 7. Then the chorus goes from F major 7 to E minor 7. With the exception of slight variations, that should give you an idea of how to play it.
