Hey anyone watching... this ... be careful.... I learned to do this correctly... just now after much trial and error...... do not press as hard as this magnificent fellow is pressing.... it may be harmful to your ears..... i learned the hard way lol!
For greater appeal to the audience, you could also try adding colorful party sparkles LOL! This might really mess you up though! Don't do it. I'm just joking!!! That could cause some bad blockage in a tear duct or something worse.
This is a great video. We are holding a NeilMed Sinus Rinse video contest and would like you to submit your video. Please visit our website for more details. (neilmed.com)
Why don't you read the instructions? There's no mention of sniffing it back up your nose.Just the opposite. I had surgery one month ago and this stuff is excellent if used properly
Why don't YOU read the instructions. It specifically says something of the effect to, "if tolerable, sniff some of the water back in prior to blowing"
A few years ago, two parents went out for dinner. A few hours later, the babysitter was calling to ask if she could cover up the clown statue in the kids' room, the father said,"Take the kids and get out of the house. We'll call the police, we don't have a clown statue." The "clown statue" is really a killer that escaped from jail. If you don't post this letter on to 10 videos tonight, the clown will be in your bed at 3:00 am with a chainsaw in his hand;sorry i didnt want that happening to me
This is the number one thing I would recommend to anyone relative to sinus and a lot of other things. A lot of folks have symptoms now, but this works with or without symptoms. It's very much like washing your hands.
Also you can use the whole bottle on one nostril for better effect, that's what I do. Another thing is those packets are expensive, I'm thinking I can buy just some Sodium in the bulk from somplace else and measure it myself. That way it would be cheaper. Any idea where you can buy solute that is used in those premixed packets?
I'm not sure where to get the solute, but i'm sure it would be just as good. I'll try one whole bottle on each nostril. I have terrible allergies too. I haven't finished my supply of the solute that was included but if you find out where to get some, please let me know!
I have this thing and doing rinsing once daily. I also have allergy hay fever and one of my nasal passages is always plugged. It doesn't help me to unplug nasal passage completely, but it does help a little. Though I don't see how it can cure Allergy, afterall it's just some salty water rinse and Allergy is a disease involving white blood cells. Also it says you can do it twice a day, how many times a day do you rinse?
i got that shit aswell, ive always got one nostril blocked somtimes it can swap, and swap back again in 10 mins, i find otrivene nasal drops are the only thng that helps....
Thanks for posting this video. My friend has really bad sinus' too. I was actually thinking about getting the Neti Pot (as seen on Oprah) for him, but after reading about the Sinus Rinse, maybe I should get that for him first? So it really works? Have you tried the Neti Pot too?
I just bought this exact same product and use it every day.....yeah its a little gross looking but if you are a nasal allergy sufferer you wont care..it really works...and if you go to their website after buying it and do a survey they send you a free drying dock!
I think your video is great! My ENT Dr. recommended this stuff a few years ago, so I got it. I had to buy it again recently due to a nasty cold. It sure helps me sleep better!
I'm a physician and heard about this stuff in a conference and just searched for it here figuring you find everything! well I was right. I may get it myself and try it since i have nasal issues too. thanks.

It might work even better if you stood on your head for a minute and let it soak. Make another video of that for us. That might be interesting.

If you don't want to buy the packets, you can make your own solution.
Glycerin - 15ml(1tbsp)
Baking Soda - 8ml(1/2 tbsp)
Warm water 250 ml(8 oz.)
Mix well

Probably prescription medicine is the only thing that can help. Something to dry your sinus cavity. Only you may get frequent bloody noses.

They sell a "double sized" bottle now. (16 oz. compared to the original 8oz) and the packets are double sized as well.
