could be a few things. your battery is obviously is a possibility have you tested it with another battery? it shouldnt be going bad yet but its a possibility. also, your motor could be way too tight up against the gears and that could cause it to slow down. or, the combination of a weak spring and a pistom head that is way too tight in a poorly lubed cylinder could be slowing down the cycle. gotta check on everything
