@MrTreed4 I get those rattles too, but I can't hear them inside the car. I get an interior metallic rattle around the rear deck area, but can't figure out what's causing it. I think a few screws are broken on the factory dual-hump vinyl thing that covers the front of the rear deck, but the rattle doesn't stop when I press down on it.
For some reason, my bass has always sounded too high, regardless of settings.
raising the bumpers under the trunk lid should quiet that down.

Buy the Regular kind in the yellow bottle, not the black kind. WEAR GLOVES !!! DO NOT get it on ur hands shits so hard to get off ! and its SO messy hah. Good luck man, post a video after you get it foamed up and sound dampedend. (do JUST the flat bare panels too)

Dear MrTreed. I'm Drek. I have the 2nd loudest mustang in the world. 3 18s. You can shoot a lil expanding foam inside of the fiberglass trunk lid skin. Not too much as you will bow out the trunk lid. Then add sound deadner to the trunk lid. And around the whole trunk. You can also shoot a little silicone between the rear spoiler and trunk lid. So the spoiler will have cushion instead of bare metal. I still get a lil rattle from under the rear end somewhere. Mainly my doors now.
@Drek75633 Go to the top of your browser. Put in dsbp . net and sign up like tyler has already told you. Find Cthedinger and message him about some audiotechnix sound deadner. It's 1.25 per sq ft. You will need around 25 sq ft to do your entire trunk. It will help stop and reduce rattle. And give you slightly deeper bass.

audio technix makes a product just as good as dynamat but it costs way less
i did the cab and inside of the doors of my 02 gt with 50 square feet for about 120-130$

Yo bruh! Try heading down to yer hardware store, getting some peal n' seal.
Take off your rare bumper & license plate and apply the peal n' seal just up right under the lip of the bumper, and under your plate as well.
If that does nothing, doubling up on some thick weather seal, [Also behind the plate] should do the trick too.
