I've never heard it called Choo Choo, i learned them as Better Cheddar.

Diddle the first and last notes and you have a Book Report.

DrumCrazy1234 the rudiment you're referring to is called a flam-a-fliddle. "flam paradiddle choo-choo."

I like to think of them as 2 singles followed by a flam tap.

It somewhat makes it easier...

Do you mean a flam on the downbeat and a flam on the "and"? If so, I don't think it has a name but it is fun to play.
