We are to blame, we humans are putting the burden on mother nature, expecting her to put things right. I'ts about time we slowed down, slow down stripping the world of its assets and slow down the worlds population to a level that the earth can sustain. like the widerbeast on the african plains we need to expand and contract the population in response to what the earth can reasonably offer in the way of food and fuel, not just keep taking. To become responsible for ourselves is the only answer.
