  • make some for a cz-75 sp-01. Hardly anyone makes holsters for it.

  • @KracknCorn @KracknCorn We do make a holster for that.

  • Front Sight does not allow Serpa holster.

  • I can quick draw from just about any holster type system. All it takes is constant practice. Nice holster though.

  • "serpa is unsafe and banned in many tactical schools"

    Name one.

  • Oh and with practice you won't panic. I can get my gun out pretty fast. I do wish we could use a holster without a hood but I'm not in charge. ;)

And regardless of what holster you have if you don't practice drawing your weapon from it you will probably have difficultly drawing it the day you really need it. So yeah get in front of the mirror or whatever.

  • The reason holsters like this are made with a hood is that most law enforcement agencies require their uniformed officers to have a hood on the gun for weapons retention. I as a LEO have to wear this type of holster. I use the Safari Land version which means I have to push the button down and then push the hood forward. I like how this one works. You simply push the button towards your body. You don't have to deal with pushing the hood forward.

  • @sn00z0nica why blackhawk better than blade tech?

  • get a blackhawk serpa instead

  • @witorwitoutdaboot bullshit. the serpa is unsafe and banned in many tactical schools. Using your trigger finger for anything but the trigger is a real bad idea, and has caused NDs

  • Well, thats neat and all that but you will panic. When you have to draw your weapon you are past the point of no return and someone is going to die and you know it. You will panic! You can practice in front of the mirror all you want.

  • its nice, but already been done. Safariland and serpa have holsters like that. But still, i do like it. Great job.

  • that might get sombody killed. (panic in a firefight trying to get weapon free)

  • It might, but if you're trained on it enough that it's second nature to grab it and push the release, you'll have no problem. Practice, practice, practice.

  • ok, but (of course this is a pretty standard argument) what about mechanical toughness? picture this: you are forced to run for cover because of the enemy's superior firepower (in this case a gangmember with an ak47). as you run and dive your holster's mechanism takes a knock. if that gangmember follows you and you are forced to take him out wouldn't it be alot easier if your weapon could be removed from its holster?

  • That's very true. Or if there is something blocking the guard from flipping forward. You'd be screwed. Every second counts in a firefight. I hear ya. Something with a locking mechanism would be okay, although maybe just a holster that you have to apply a certain amount of pull to the gun to get it to release would be the best. These systems are simply designed to prevent weapon takeaways. Hence the release on the inside of the holster to make it difficult to grab unless you're wearing it.

  • you train so you dont panic.

  • easier said than done.

  • and i can get 1 of these where?, i need for my walther p99 9mm

  • I think he shoulda drawn a few more times ;-)

  • Do you not like it? Why are you banging on it? Does it fail.

  • He's showing the retention ability to take abuse and still do the job.

  • Niceeee!!!!!! What brand is it? Looks like the Safariland´s SLS
