@taacton We're waiting until we have the actual unit we'll be selling to make another video. Right now all we have in our office our prototypes. We'll have another video up soon!
Clearly one most interesting features of this device is its ability to play flash and that it appears to be a stand alone product hence the full OS and USB slots, rather having to sync it with a PC. Looks great, but It will live or die by its interface. It NEEDS to be as intuitive as the ipad. For example, scrolling needs to be silky smooth, lag will just kill its appeal. Anyone with a bit of tech no how will see lag and assume its underpowered etc.
just a heads up CTLTechTV since your still developing the "slate" the black border line is odd having one side bigger than the other, so you cant really change which way you hold it because its looks wired having one giant border on one side and a smaller one on the other.. border less would just put that problem aside
@vtolkov Keep in mind this is just an early representation of what we are working on.. We have some more work to do on the product before it is ready for sale or a more in depth presentation. Thanks for your interest!
@CTLTechTV Well, what I'm saying is that it looks suspicious. And reason is that demonstration does not demonstrate anything, and it cause the suspicion. Just show things, not waving around.
That us awesome it's like an ipad but it's better

Your video originally forecast a June release. What is the estimated release date at this point?

I would like to see your product work with drop down menus needing access to the right mouse key.
In addition, I am on the Verizon network, use I would like to see your product use the Verizon network (3G).
Thanks....

Just words. Nothing is shown, how it scrolls, how multitouch works. He is obviously trying to do not touch it! I would guess it does not work.

There is no HD video support with the N series Atom CPU. Can't you please go with the Z series CPU with the GMA500?
xaueious 1 year ago
@xaueious We are certainly looking at HD options for the future, however for now we are going with more mainstream parts to hold costs down.
