    But damn he doesn't look fat xD. He's good at his work outs! but I think it is just the fat on him (~_~_)...Belly fat D: I think it is the massive amounts of rice. The amount that Goku eats >_>..he doesn't eat junk food and eats 3 times a day, and works out 24hrs out of the week. But to make a story short he asked me how can he reduce fat? I was like.. uh?! (x_x _)..no clue. Could someone help me? well he eats a lot...

  • @yeawonie It's always good to eat healthily and exercise, but don't do anything crazy, okay? Your body is still developing and if you eat too little you'll end up stunting your growth. Just eat your vegetables and don't eat a lot of sweets and you should be good. ^^

  • @tink3rbelL98 .. theres differance between breast milk the mother produce and animal milk, were the only creatures that will continue to drink milk after were breastfeed. but the point is that animal products for a human , sush as milk is not good, its to clogging on your cells , its highly unlikely that the nutrition in milk even penetrates your cells , why >>? because it just clogges them up, so it cant penetrate the cells. if you study the human body just a bit , youll understrand.

  • I drink atleast 2 glasses of water before i eat that keeps me eat less because im already full. Hope it helps.

    Bloating is caused from to much salt and MSG, so cut down on tht and drink more water to help the bloating go downn:)

You also have to keep in mind what nationality you're referring to. You may need to be rich, or, at least, well-to-do, to get a Japanese girlfriend, but that usually isn't the case if you want a Filipino (also Asian) gf.

  • Just for clarification purposes: Although you have a greater chance of getting Type II Diabetes if you are overweight (especially if it runs in your family) not all people who get /have Type II diabetes later in life are overweight. Like you, it also runs in my family, myself, parents, aunts, uncles, etc...Some are & some aren't overweight, in fact, my sister, unfortunately, was diagnosed with adult on set type II diabetes a few years ago & she is approx. 108/110lbs @ 5'3" Btw thx 4 the vid ;o)

  • thank you so much i lost actually 56lbs. last year and i weight 150lbs now i am 5'9 though people say i weigh this much for a reason but i actually want to weigh 135 thats my HEALTHY goal weight i go for healthy not for skinny yes i might say i want to be skinny but the truth is i just want to be healthier thanks for the amazing advice i'm going to try this and see what my results are because i want to get to 135 soon because i'm culminating from middle school in a bit and want to look my best !

  • I'm a kid and what I love is Kool-Aid. Like buy those sugar free packets and mix it with the water of wherever your going, and it doesn't really make it unhealthy or reduce water levels or whatever, it's still 99.9% water!

  • @jessica4fashion Is it possible for you to take some money and run to the market? I do, and I went to the market and bought fruit and granola bars and healthy alternatives. I also buy buy 100 calorie pack snacks for times when I crave some sweets!

    I think another great tip for people who want to be slim and healthy would be to make fruit smoothies. I make them after dinner and add all my fav fruits and blend it with soy milk (no sugar needed!) ^^
