I agree with this reviewer: Infiniti should have offered a power liftgate on this car. I love my EX35 but if Infiniti comes out with this option in the future, I'm trading mine in. It's my only complaint!

i was shoked by how small this car was the first time i saw one in person. I thought it was almost as big as an FX. Plus, im not really used to smaller cars because i have a Nissan Armada (the QX56 twin) But this is still a good looking car.

I don't get why Infiniti's and Lexus's models are all designed in Japan when the Acura is the only brand that design their vehicles here in the US. Acura should reconsider where their vehicles are design because right now their lineup is pretty ugly.

@PkBooYa It is much cheaper to design & build the vehicles on the soil where they'll be sold, hence higher profit margin. This also equates to lower costs in parts inventory since the parts are made in the same country or from Mexico (even cheaper). But then all of that eventually translate into ugly ass design & downgraded quality (having two friends who all worked at Acura dealers for years beg to differ if you disagree).

This guy looks like Owen Wilson...but does a good job pointing out the good features of this cross-over!. This easily wins the horsepower battle against the X3,RDX and LR2 which is a good thing for people who want 297 ponies on demand, and that growing need for coupe based SUV's. I think its a great buy next to the RDX, the X3 is in desperate need of a makeover and land rovers build quality isnt up to industries standards. I need a test drive!

I just got one , same color(DARK CURRANT) but with a dark chestnut lether/wood. let me tell you this thing has BALLS...tow words PASSING-GEAR!I had an 05 BMW X3 3.0, the x3 was awsome the best handling of any car I have ever driven, but the EX 350 has a sweet interior( more lux)and the 297 horses!

The video is a bit misleading about the weights of the E35 vis a vis the competition:

Infiniti EX 2WD 3,790 lbs AWD 3,953 lbs

Acura RDX W/ Technology Package - 3935 lbs

BMW X3 4001 lbs

So comparably equipped they are within ~ 100lbs of each other with the RDX being the lightest. The pricing info on this video is misleading as well, one equipped as shown (Premium, Ultra lux, Technology, Nav ect) will be very close to a $45,000 MSRP vehicle.

Other than those quibbles good review.

Yeah, I have an 07 RDX w/Tech and since it comes with AWD it can only compete with the EX35 AWD, so the RDX is lighter.

Awesome car, I just bought one, black on black, loaded up $43,700.00. I had a 2005 G35X. This car is a 2008 G35x with a hatch. Lots of power, they tamed the exhaust note compared to the FX.

I love my Mom's MDX but the EX35 is the bomb! But if she didn't like the RDX then she won't like the EX35 though.

The EX makes the MDX look bare bones. Speaking of Infiniti, when is the M series getting a redesign? Is it 2010 or 2011?

i dunno...that backseat looked kind of tight fitting for someone as tall as i am (6'3)...other than the LDP and cameras the only thing i really like about this (and other infinitis) is the power they put in the engines...and that paint technology seems really kick ass...other than that i think they overprice.

the paint "tech" is great idea. But honestly performance wise i don't think it comes close to the rdx. What i don't like about infiniti is that everything is extra, with the price of 39k for the awd thats 3k more than the rdx right away.With acura there are tons of std features leaving you with the navi option only.
