  • My sister turned me on to these vids. I'm addicted now. I can't wait to try these techniques on my own hair. I will be removing my full weave soon. My hair is relaxed and colored and is shoulder length. So, these hair care regimens will be extremely helpful for me.

  • Hi. A quick question. Do you leave the castor oil on your scalp overnight and then wash it off the next day? How many time a week to you do it? I have heard so many various ways to use the castor oil---such as massaging it for 10 minutes and then washing it off after two hours. I'm just a little confused. Thanx for ur time!

  • Since going natural, I've put everything on my hair to try and moisten it, but within hours it would be hard and dry. I was frustrated, so I tried this, not really expecting anything new but ,wow!!! The next morning my hair was still moist and sooooo soft. I'm definitely sold on this.

  • Oooh...Looking forward to trying this. I've been rocking ponytails forever and have noticed some thinning. Great Vid!

  • can you apply that in your hair if you have plaits ?

  • I don't see why not...it is very thick. So just apply it spraingly...or else it will look a mess.

  • SUGGESTED PRECAUTION: While researching castor oil i came across suggestions not to use it if ur pregnant, or while on ur period. Also, do not use on broken skin, including sores in head. I know it can be taken internally, but just thought i'd pass this along, in case someone is experiencing adverse reactions. Good vid, Blackhairplanet!! I plan on joining the YOUTUBE ladies who have recommended this product. Be blessed.

  • Hiya, i'm going to try this castor oil regimen, but quick question, is it better to leave it in after you've massaged it in, or leave it in over night and then wash it out?

  • Thank you. I prayed to God to have my hair thickened and I just came across this information. I am going to get my castor oil tomorrow and join the challenge. Can't wait!

  • GREAT!! Check out BHP! We'd love to have you!

  • that clairol bottle is a good idea. I just happen to have a dropper applicator, and great minds think alike because I was just thinking the other day about using it to apply my Global Goddess coconut amla oil revitalizing treatment to my scalp!!! =D I want castor oil as soon as I run out.

  • Yea, great minds do think alike! I wanna try the amla oil too!!

  • I use castor oil on my scalp about 2 or 3 days a week. I have noticed progress in problem areas. I didnt like the thinkness either so I mixed a little jojoba oil with it. That made it a better as far as application.

  • Thanks so much for the tip missthis!! I was wondering what would be the best oil to mix...I'll be trying that!!
