I have had Versions 2 and 3 and they have all worked like a dream, I couldn't get by without them. I know many people who swear by TACX trainer. Perhaps your PC is incompatible?

Demo looks great, right? A shame that Tacx software does not work as advertised. Their software crashes, or crashes your computer. Sometimes right at the start, sometimes 40 minutes into a two hour ride. Their software has not worked for several years, but they continue to force customers to "upgrade" into new software that will supposedly work, but doesn't. I have all versions of Tacx Trainer software, versions 1, 2, and 3. They don't work, and lead to nothing but frustration
