Russia's economy more than doubled in last decade, pensions were tripled in real terms, middle class more than doubled, gov debts were paid off and 3rd largest reserves in the world were accumulated. Real wages have been rising about 15% per year 2000-2008. Russia is a much more prosperous country thanks to Putin.
