Have you ever heard of "The Atomic Cafe" (1982)? It's a documentary movie about the whole nuclear era/cold war. Has a slew of songs that would fit perfect in the Fallout universe.

However, Zec 14:12 uses biblical IMAGERY to refer not to nuclear war, but the lust of the flesh and of the eyes, and the pride of life (represented in Psalms 12 by the tongue). These lusts appear in Genesis 3:6, Luke 4:3-13, and 1 John 2:16-17. The prophecy happened already when in NT times the effects of Adam's trangression were reversed FOR BELIEVERS in Christ (see Genesis 3:15, Joel 2:1-3, Romans 16:20; 1 Corinthians 15:21-23) .
