Another way to get all the superstars you want is cheating but it helps. You just turn off all the superstars you want then draft some other superstars. Then when you first start GM mode turn on the superstars and then a week later sign them to your brand.

you go to game modes then go to wwe 24/7 mode and then press " play as general manager" then choose show
