There is nothing in the Constitution that says the Feds can "regulate" weapons; nothing in there that says the ATF can exist. It is immoral to steal my wages and pay for something I do not want, and does as much damage as the ATF does, e.g. Waco, Fast and Furious, and "Castaway".

My understanding is the ATF decided on their own (ie no new law was passed, ATF just re-interpreted existing import regs) that barrels from AK assault rifles could no longer be imported and that these AK-74 parts sets may have been imported after this de-facto ATF barrel ban with intact barrels.
