Who ever says police go with their "gut" This is supposed to be based on law. Most police officers gut only leads them to junk food not proper convictions. So stupid.

INcredible.. There is no evidence...and the evidence they have..Glass INSIDE the home ..when if they BROKE it from the INSIDE glass would mostly be on the OUTSIDE. It is so ridiculous. He better be released.

@singpraise247 There is doubt... No one should be able to be convicted if there is doubt- That is how the law is supposed to work. The jury is so stupid. As stupid as the cops.

if i had been on that jury we would have still been sittin there.i would never convict someone on this evidencce.i have actually sat on a murder trial .we found him not guilty in about 1 minute because the da had not proven their case.

Lives placed in the hands of non-educated, average people is a sin. I strongly oppose to the Anglo-Saxon jury system. The German model that we use in most of Europe is much more fair.
