  • Why not try Makibisi ? This could save your fuel, let your life alone.

  • i would NOT wear that blue shirt

  • the only thing that was hurt was his wallet

  • i love the classic ihra moutain motor pro mod vids!!

  • i thought the guy droped granades on the floor there

  • i dont faaaaken care about the pavement i wana see some bones broken and twisten metal dushee

  • If that roof had dug in it would have been way worse...

  • @FreakyKing2 That is why there is a thing called " roll bars " ..

  • @LoveTheCity123 not caved in "dug" in

  • that guy at 1:21 is like im going to be HERO!

  • he blew his own doors off.. lol

  • "Now as he goes sideways. His car isn't engineered to go that direction."

    no duh.

  • it's spelled DARLINGTON, not Darlinton. It even says it right in your video.

  • that i ment the bruce allen, kenny koretsky crash was the worse i ever seen

  • Comment removed

  • thats nothing all they have to do is roll it over and they might even drag again

  • If i were to wreck in drag racing, itd look like that! the car was still intact and theres no way he was hurt unless he's alil bitch about it

  • lol true

  • @ 1:14 he says "the liquid coolant", is there powder coolant? lol

  • damage is minimal on this crash

  • that was the safest crash ive ever seen

  • bad reactions off da driver cos he shud of steered it away from fence before he hit it

  • @WolfishNuckajuh Lets see you control a car at 250mph...he lived that is all that matters.

  • @Tjrosenberry 250mph????

  • @Tjrosenberry when it was on the 1330 they could berally reack 215... let alone 250 mph... this is pro stock not pro mod

  • darlington sucks i have never been to a national event that has so many crashes at one race every year in my life. i guess thats why bill baiter went to nhra

  • I remember watching this on ESPN back in the day....

  • @jimmylayers what year was it? darlington is nothing like this now... wish i could have got to see the big boys race there back in the day

  • shirt tooo tight ahhh!!!!

  • drift + drag slicks = flip every thing that the driver did was as mutch as he cuold do and i bet the driver walked out with out any thing hurting

  • that had nothing to do with the transition

  • Could've been much worse.

He's actually lucky he rolled instead of slamming a wall head on

  • Yeah that was pretty much the best way it could end out, other than actually correcting the car.

  • Yea after i watched i think he was still steering when he abruptly let off the throttle. Fatal mistake..(almost literally...)

  • I think drag cars probably have very limited steering though..

  • Well if he overcorrected the same basic thing wouldve happened IMO. I think at that speed there was probably less than 5 percent chance of saving it once he lifted.

  • @WTCHME duh

  • when did ESPN cover the IHRA???

  • I knew that ESPN started doing IHRA in 1985, and ended in about either 1995, or 96 if I was taking a guess.

  • that wasnt as bad as it could of been

  • ive seen worse

  • @YLayArm

yea pretty sure everybody has, who said this is the worse crash eve? Just giving an example of issues with the track.

  • He sounds kinda like John Madden

  • anybody know what year this was?

  • Gotta be early-mid 90's

  • why was the other car racing with a parachute attached to its end?

  • The drag chute is used to quckly slow a race car at the end of a pass. Drivers will let it out at any sign of trouble...

  • Was that 2 cans of compressed "Breathing" air that the top end guy throws away as he approches the car?

  • wasnt that bad of a crash..still fucked up though..

but its still scary as fuck..

    iv seen those terrible crashes..

  • That wasn't bad. I know he flipped going fast but he flipped and went straight almost, he bumped the rail but barly.

  • 51 000 b]

  • once on its roof its pretty stable, it didnt barrel roll, thats when it sbad....

  • Good thing Bob Varsha of ESPN said "liquid coolant" instead of anti-freeze. I'm glad that Terry was OK after the accident.

  • that was Ted Jones that said liquid coolant...

  • i work 4 terry in roanoke va.

  • i didnt getb what he was sYING AT THE START

  • Yes if I remember correctly this was around 1995. Bret Kepner, Bob Varsha and Ted Jones. ESPN did do alot of tape delay races in this era...I remember watching this one on TV....

  • its NHRA

  • No this is IHRA

  • Who's the guy doing the color commentating next to Bob Varsha? Ted Jones?

  • wow, i never new that ESPN ever did coverage of IHRA races

  • that had to suck.

  • I'm guessing around 1995
